An aromatic cocktail that pairs the botanical bitterness of PECETTE Bitterly with fresh lemon, honey and sparkling water. Fresh, elegant and resolutely grown-up.
60 ml PECETTE Bitterly
30 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml honey syrup
Sparkling water
Ice cubes
1 long drink glass
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
Fill a long drink glass with ice cubes.
Pour in PECETTE Bitterly.
Add the fresh lemon juice and honey syrup.
Stir gently to mix and chill the base.
Top up with well-chilled sparkling water.
Give it one last light stir to preserve the bubbles.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary, first clapped between the palms to release its essential oils.
The nose immediately evokes the Mediterranean: rosemary, citrus and a delicate floral touch of lavender. The attack is lively and lemony, quickly balanced by the subtle sweetness of honey. Notes of bitter orange and wormwood then appear, bringing an elegant, rich and aperitif dimension. The finish is long, complex and particularly thirst-quenching. The rosemary reinforces the herbaceous character of the drink and evokes the scents of the garrigue after a hot summer's day.

PECETTE Bitterly draws its inspiration from the great traditional bitters.
Its style embodies the refined alliance between bitter orange, rosemary and aromatic herbs.
Its structure is expressed through the freshness of dealcoholized wine and the precision of botanical distillation.
Our aperitif offers a harmonious and singular tasting experience, born from the meeting of the liveliness of bitter orange, the depth of quassia amara, the herbal imprint of rosemary and the sweetness of spices.
Tasting: neat over ice with an orange zest, or with an artisanal tonic.
